Kim Kardashian put her strong back muscles on full display with a new video on her Instagram Story Thursday.

Kim Kardashian is bringing her fitness into the new year.

The “Kardashians” star showed off her ripped back muscles as she worked out with sister Khloé Kardashian in a video shared on her Instagram Story Thursday evening.

In the impressive video, Kim, 43, can be seen repeatedly lifting a barbell as Khloé, 39, cheers her on.

“Oh my god,” Khloé exclaims twice, hyping her sister up.

“What are you training for?” she asks, to which Kim replies, “Life!”

“The Olympics,” an amused Khloé immediately shoots back.

At the end of the video, she jokingly worries that her older sister is going to “f–k [her] up” later in the day.

“Workouts w @khloehardashian really do it for me 😝,” Kim wrote in the corner of the impressive video.

Kim’s intense workout footage comes after she was slammed by fans for throwing a “wasteful” Christmas Eve bash at her $60 million Los Angeles mansion.

She has shared several photos and videos from her grand party and over-the-top decor, which included a snow sledding hill and dozens of Christmas trees blanketed with faux snow lining her massive yard.

She also paid for a see-through enclosure to be erected, which included a sophisticated table setting and seating dressed in her signature white color.

In addition, Kim had a winter wonderland room created that featured a giant gingerbread house, ball pit the kids could play in and a starry night scene on the ceiling.

Once she posted some scenes from her extravagant yard for all to see, though, social media users came after her for spending so much money on one night instead of helping others with her wealth.

“Why are you still insisting on shoving your distasteful lack of self awareness down peoples throats. Wake up,” one disgusted person said.

“With the money that was spent with this spectacle could you not have perhaps toned it down just a smudge and donated a few million dollars to 100 poor families,” added another.

However, several fans came to her defense and reminded others that she does use her money for good and that she can do what she prefers with it.
