Kylie wore a nude corset dress with a sheer overlay and Perspex platform heels to the Haute Couture show in the French capital.

She styled her hair in tousled waves and went for minimal, dewy makeup.

While many fans praised her look, others were distracted by what looked like a strange seam next to her ear.

One shocked user shared a close-up photo of Kylie’s face from the side at the event on Reddit and asked, “What is this?”

“Face tape?” one suggested and another agreed, “Makes sense, her face is probably saggy after dissolving filler.”

Face tape pulls back the skin on the face with a waterproof adhesive bandage and can give the effect of a temporary facelift.

“Bro they did her dirty with not concealing all that tape and s**t,” a third posted.

“I feel like they tried to hide it with her big hair,” someone else commented.

Kylie – who is dating Dune actor Timothee Chalamet – has faced plenty of speculation that she has had plastic surgery in recent years.

In November, she shut down rumors she’s undergone jaw reconstruction and eyelid removal surgery.

Kylie slammed speculation about her changing face while chatting with Jennifer Lawrence for Interview Magazine.

At one point during the chat, Jennifer, 33, introduced the topic of plastic surgery – which has plagued Kylie since she got her first lip injections in 2015.

“I’ll see before and after photos when I’m 12 years old versus 26 and my eyebrows are filled differently,” Kylie said.

“I have contour on. I’m like, ‘How can you compare my 12-year-old face and say I’ve gotten my jaw shaved and eyelids removed?’

“I’m like, ‘What are we talking about?'”

SURGERY CONFESSION

Over the summer, Kylie finally confessed to having a boob job after years of speculation.

“You know I got my breasts done before Stormi,” she told her BFF Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou on an episode of The Kardashians.

Kylie admitted she had the surgery just months before getting pregnant with her daughter “not thinking I would, like, have a child when I was 20.”

“I had beautiful breasts, like natural tits. Sat perfectly – just gorgeous,” she added, expressing regret over her decision.

“Like, perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish obviously I never got them done to begin with.”
