Arkansas transfer Baye Fall committs to Kansas State
Baye Fall, a four-star recruit for Arkansas, has committed to Jerome Tang and Kansas State. He was a four-star prospect and a top-40 prospect in the class of 2023. The news of his commitment has excited the Wildcats’ fans, who think that they are back to being the best again.

Here is how college hoops fans reacted to the announcement on X:

“Smart decision young man,” said another.
“Go be great Fall! Sad we didn’t get to see what you could do in a Razorback jersey!” wrote one fan.
“Go be great yound man,” said another.
Meanwhile, some doubted him because of his recent performances.
“Played 44 minutes last year, what game changer,” one fan wrote.
“He was…. ok at best. But in his defense, he didn’t see the floor much. So we’ll see,” said another.
Baye Fall began his high school career at Lutheran High School in Parker, Colorado, where he averaged 19.0 points, 10.5 rebounds and 3.8 blocks per game as a freshman. In his sophomore year, he averaged 22.1 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 3.2 blocks per game, earning 3A state player of the year honors.
In his junior season, Baye Fall transferred to Denver Prep Academy, where he was not allowed to play after 10 games for violating team rules. He averaged 14.3 points, 7.1 rebounds and 1.6 blocks per game before his dismissal.
In his senior season, Baye Fall was at Accelerated Prep in the Grind Session league. He committed to Arkansas in 2022 after rejecting Georgia, Georgetown, and Kansas. On January 24, 2024, he was named in the McDonald’s All-American.
Other than Baye Fall, who has committed to Kansas?
NCAA Basketball: Kentucky at Arkansas
In a busy transfer season, Kansas still has three roster spots left to fill.
Brendan Hausen, a Villanova transfer, has also committed to the Kansas State Wildcats. He is a 6-foot-4 guard who had an average of 6.2 points per game in the 2023–24 season. He also had a 3-point field-goal percentage of 39.5%.
Hailing from Amarillo, Hausen chose Kansas over Nebraska and Uconn. He will be joining Dug McDaniel, CJ Jones and Baye Fall, other transfer portal recruits by the Wildcats. However, they are looking to add one guard and are interested in Khalif Battle from Arkansas.
