Higgins had earlier hauled in a late fourth-quarter touchdown to force ET in a thrilling encounter.

It completed a stunning comeback for the Bengals, who scored 21 points in the final quarter to keep the game alive.

Cincinnati quarterback Jake Browning targeted Higgins again on a clutch third down with star receiver Ja’Maar Chase sidelined through injury.

Higgins was covered by Evans as they both went up for the ball at midfield, with the Bengals looking to move the sticks.

Replays showed Evans appeared to have his hands all over Higgins’ jersey, as well as his collar.

The pass fell incomplete after the contact – but the officials deemed there was no defensive pass interference.

Fans immediately flocked to social media, blasting the refereeing crew and wildly claiming the game was “rigged.”

One fan raged in response to the footage: “You can’t be serious. Viking had Tee’s jersey. #NFLRigged.”

Another said: “Disgusting no-call on that clear PI against Tee Higgins. More blind #NFL ref behavior.”

A third commented: “The no-call DPI vs Bengals Tee Higgins in OT is the latest travesty of 2023 officiating and need for sky judge.”

And a fourth added: “High school refs could’ve made that call.”

While a fifth argued: “Watching that replay and I’m not a fan of either of these teams. But wow his hand inside Tee Higgins’s collar that’s so blatant PI. The @NFL needs to do mid-season training for their refs or something. Cause this is ridiculous.”

The Bengals’ defense got the stop on the next drive, winning the ball back for Browning and the offense.

Standing in for the injured Joe Burrow, Browning drove his team downfield to seal a dramatic 27-24 overtime win thanks to a field goal from Evan McPherson.

Higgins finished the contest with 4 receptions for 61 yards and 2 touchdowns.
