The expert’s revelation about the niece-in-law that Queen Elizabeth II is closest to was completely unexpected by those who love the British Royal Family.

Together as brides in the world’s most prestigious royal family, it is inevitable that Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle will be put on the comparison table. These two 37-year-old women are noticed by netizens in every aspect: dressing style, family situation, gestures, words…

From an unremarkable commoner girl to becoming the wife of the British heir in 2011, Kate Middleton is Cinderella coming out of a fairy tale. She conquered the entire population with her radiant beauty and elegant style typical of the land of fog. 7 years later, “America’s pink shadow” Meghan Markle officially entered the royal family, stirring up England with scandals about her private life and a series of traditional disruptions that made many people frown. Therefore, it is quite understandable that the British people have more sympathy for the mother of three children, Kate.

However, it seems that not everyone thinks like that, including the head of the British royal family – Queen Elizabeth II.

Ingrid Seward – royal expert and editor-in-chief of Majesty magazine – revealed a truth that surprised many people: The Queen is not really as close to Kate Middleton as people think. According to her, the Duchess of Sussex – Meghan Markle – is the person the Queen finds the most in common with.

“The Queen extremely admires Kate but is not too close to this niece-in-law. Because they don’t have much in common,” Seward said.

Seward suspects that the Duchess of Cambridge’s important role in the royal family may be the cause of the gap between her and the Queen.

“I think Kate and the Queen’s relationship became so serious because the Queen placed a lot of her hopes for the future on Kate. The Queen didn’t want to do anything that would destroy those expectations,” Seward expressed.

According to Seward, the Queen often feels shy when discussing children with Kate – one of the few things they have in common.

On the other hand, Seward also surprised by saying that the Queen and her second granddaughter-in-law have many strangely similar interests and opinions.

“They share a love of dogs and Meghan always knows how to make the Queen smile,” she said.

Seward also revealed that the Queen tried her best to make Meghan feel at home when the bride first moved to England.

Even though she feels closer to her niece-in-law Meghan Markle, Queen Elizabeth II still knows that Kate Middleton is the one who will become Queen of England in the future, as soon as William inherits the throne.

In order to prepare for this scenario, the Queen has let Kate take over the role of patron of a series of important organizations and associations in the country that she has held for decades. Most recently, Kate became patron of the Royal Photographic Society – a position Queen Elizabeth II held for 67 years.

The Duchess’s appointment as patron of the Royal Photographic Society will help highlight the benefits that art and creativity bring to the mental health, especially of children and young people.”
