Cardi B was back in court on Friday to reject a plea deal in her strip club assault case.

The rapper will now be headed to trial after deciding not to plea guilty to misdemeanor assault to the third degree.

Cardi, whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar, would not have had to do any jail time by accepting the deal.

The case would have also been completely dismissed if she had met certain conditions, according to The Blast.

A trial date has been set for next month.

Cardi, 26, was dressed to impress for her day in Queens Criminal Court, wearing a bold white Christian Siriano dress and pair of trousers that she paired with a brand new lip piercing.

The I Like It songstress sported long bright yellow fake nails and sported Yves Saint Laurent heels. She also appeared to be carrying an Hermès Birkin bag.

Her hair was pulled back in a sleek bun and she shielded her face with grey-tinted aviators despite the gloomy New York weather.

Sisters Baddie Gi and Jade, who work as bartenders at the strip club, claimed the rapper ordered an attack on the women because she believed one of them had an affair with her husband Offset.

The sisters alleged that a member of Cardi B’s entourage threw bottles, chairs, and hookahs in the club at them.

Cardi was allegedly caught on camera tossing an ice bucket at the women. The songstress surrendered to police in October.

The rapper and Offset secretly married in September 2017. Their daughter Kulture was born in July.

Cardi and the Migos star split in December, but just weeks later she coyly told reporters that they were ‘working things out’.

And things are clearly going well for the pair, who both recently just bought five houses in Atlanta together.

Cardi and Offset spent $201,840 on five houses, as well as an additional $48,080 for an adjoining plot of land, according to WABE.

Four of the homes have three bedrooms and one bathroom. The other home is a two bedroom, one bathroom. Four of the five homes currently have residents.

Offset is listed as the main buyer while Cardi has been listed as the secondary buyer.

JMH Home Buyers president Jeff Dimock, whole sold the properties to the couple, said the purchases seem like ‘excellent investments’.
