After virtually blowing the whistle on “predators” amid controversy surrounding the Dalai Lama, who invited a small boy to suck his tongue, the Grammy winner found herself in the eye of a social media shade storm spurred by critics who eagerly noted her past allegations of predatory abuse.

“This world is full of predators,” Cardi, 30, tweeted Monday as footage of the Tibetan spiritual leader’s questionable encounter with the child circulated on Twitter.

“They prey on the innocent. The ones who are most unknowing, our children,” the mother of two continued.

“Predators could be our neighbors, our school teachers, even people with money, power & our churches,” added Cardi before urging parents to “constantly talk with your kids about boundaries and what they shouldn’t allow people to do to them.”

And although a faction of her online fan base shared the “WAP” performer‘s sentiments, hordes of haters blasted the Bronx native for her previous acts of misconduct, deeming her the “wrong messenger” of wisdom amid the viral contention. Detractors swiftly pointed to Cardi’s 2019 admission of drugging and robbing men while she worked as a stripper in the mid-2000s.

However, in response to the backlash, the “Up” songstress took to Instagram Live, defending her firm position on child abusers.

“When it comes to f – – king weird ass predators, and rapists, and pedophiles and s – – t…I don’t play that s – – t,” Cardi began.

“Robbing and raping is two different type of s – – t,” she insisted, suggesting that her past transgressions against adult males at a strip club are not equivalent to assaults made on innocent children. “So don’t f – -king call me no rapist, don’t call me no f – – king predator.”

She added, “I’m the right messenger ’cause I’m a f – – king mom. I’m a f – – king woman. I’m a girl that as a teenager my body got f – – king abused.”

Cardi went on scolding faultfinders, saying,“Y’all wanna f – – kin’ bring up some s – – t that was happening when I was a stripper…When I’m talking about f – – king kids and when I’m talking about the protection of our kids . . . Don’t bring up some bulls – – t and don’t call me something that I’m f – – king not.”

Following her heartfelt address, Cardi returned to Twitter, thanking fans for their unceasing commendations.

“Wow all this support I’m getting at the same time is beautiful,” she tweeted Monday night.

“It was deep in my heart to talk about this cause me and my friend was talkin’ last night and then the Dalai Lama thing happened this morning,” the emcee added.

The 14th Dalai Lama, 87 — a Nobel laureate, who spent more than six decades in exile after being forced to flee Tibet by Chinese forces in 1959 — issued a public apology for his inappropriate exchange with the boy on Twitter Monday.

“A video clip has been circulating that shows a recent meeting when a young boy asked His Holiness the Dalai Lama if he could give him a hug,” read the tweet.

“His Holiness wishes to apologize to the boy and his family, as well as his many friends across the world, for the hurt his words may have caused,” the post continued. “His Holiness often teases people he meets in an innocent and playful way, even in public and before cameras.”

“He regrets the incident.”
