Sources claim that Chance the Rapper and his wife just paid $2.3 miℓℓio𝚗 for a 9,251 square foot home in Bannockburn, a town roughly 30 miles north of Chicago.
According to the Chicago Tribune, the three-time Grammy winner and his wife bought the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home on September 14. They had previously been residing in another nearby rental home.
According to the publication, the couple had been living with his wife in a five-bedroom, 6,721 square foot home in Bannockburn prior to this acquisition.
The house, which was built in 1996 and sits on 3.71 acres of land, is described as having a 4-car garage, a library, a sauna, a movie theater, and an outdoor swimming pool.
