PATRICK Mahomes laughed at his own expense after his dad’s bod went viral this year.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback is working out hard in the off-season ahead of a shot at history.

Mahomes posted a couple of pictures in the gym on Wednesday with Chiefs teammates.

And even one of those teammates – Rashee Rice – had a laugh at his physique.

The quarterback is hoping to lead his team to three straight Super Bowl wins – a feat that has never been managed.

To help him in his quest, the Chiefs signed wide receiver Hollywood Brown in free agency.

Mahomes posed with Brown and another wide receiver Rice for some workout photos.

The three-time Super Bowl champion mocked his own conditioning after his ‘dad bod’ moment this year.

In an locker room clip during the playoffs, Mahomes was seen topless as he rallied his teammates in a victory speech.

He had just led the Chiefs back to the Super Bowl with a dominant win at the Baltimore Ravens.

But all the talk on social media was about his apparent belly – including from Mahomes himself.

The Chiefs superstar now regularly captions his Instagram photos “DadBodSzn”.

He did so again in the post with Brown and Rice, with the latter wearing a custom shirt poking fun at his physique.

Fans loved seeing the young receiver’s choice of outfit for the workout.

One said, “I need that shirt.”

Another posted, “the Rice shirt. I love this roster.”

While a third commented, “Love that Rice is repping that shirt. I personally think Mahomes looks amazing.”
