Johnson was the first one to take a jab at his co-stars, as he called them unprofessional candy a**es. Diesel was quite offended by the remark, and he retaliated to it. Since then, there has been a feud that went on for years.

However, there are speculations that a fight between the two might be set up, and they are not real enemies. People are talking that the whole feud may have been established so that Dwayne had a path to become a part of the new Fast and Furious movie.

Baywatch star’s statement in an interview with The Los Angeles Times in 2016 offered proof of the fakeness of the rivalry. Johnson had said,

“I’ve been in the game a long time. Would Universal [Pictures] have preferred that didn’t happen? Sure, we talked about it. The irony is after that and as they do their tracking and all their analysis, the interest shot through the roof to a whole other level.”
