Russell Wilson is as shredded as anyone in the league. We know he puts in the work because he is going to post about it during the offseason.

Although he may be small in stature, one thing is certain: Wilson’s muscles are anything but little.

Russell Wilson knows all the types of exercises he needs to do to get his results, whether it’s front squats, bench press work, Romanian deadlifts, triceps extensions, dumbbell stepups, row workouts, and tons of speed training.

The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback just recently posted himself working out in the gym this week, but this might be his most insane workout yet, not because it was tough, but because it was so ridiculous.

Russell Wilson could be seen lifting one side of three weights on a bar but he looked as if he was doing something else. Not to mention, he was wearing sunglasses.

The 12-year veteran threw for 3,070 yards with 26 touchdowns and eight interceptions in 15 games in 2023, via ESPN.com, but Denver went 7-8 in games he started so they benched him at the end of the year. The team missed the postseason for the eighth consecutive season.

Wilson now joins a Steelers team that went 10-7 and reached the postseason in 2023 but notably had some struggling quarterback play. The team finished 25th in passing yards in 2023.

Russell Wilson Gets Cut From Broncos To Sign With The Steelers

Russell Wilson was officially released by the Broncos in March and joined the Steelers on a one-year deal worth the veteran minimum of $1.2 million.

Many thought he would find a team and be a backup quarterback, but the Steelers have overhauled the entire QB room and the veteran QB will be joined by 2021 first-round pick Justin Fields in the quarterback room.
