The first half of the wild card matchup against the Green Bay Packers was less than ideal for the Cowboys. Green Bay took a 27-7 lead into halftime and never looked back.

Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers upset the Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys in what played out to be a game that was never close.

With Sunday’s full playoff collapse against the Packers, Mike McCarthy’s job status with as the Cowboys’ head coach can’t be considered secure.

Greg Olsen seems to think otherwise.

The former NFL all-pro claimed that nobody should think that McCarthy’s status as coach was in jeopardy because many teams would be lucky to have him.

Fans thought Greg Olsen had lost his mind:

The Cowboys hadn’t lost at home all season. In fact, their last home loss came in 2022 when Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers won in Week 1.

In today’s game, Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott tossed two interceptions, including one returned for a 64-yard touchdown by Darnell Savage.

The Cowboys became the first No. 2 seed to lose to a No. 7 seed in the history of the NFL.
