Saturday morning, news broke that former NFL superstar cornerback and current analyst for Amazon Prime, Richard Sherman, had been arrested for DUI in the state of Washington.

Not a whole lot of info was released at the time, other than the fact that Sherman had been booked into King County Jail and that the case was still under investigation.

Some new info has since emerged, including Sherman’s mugshot, which shows the former Seahawks and 49ers corner smiling for the camera.

Many on social media noticed the smile. Many decided to comment on the unusual smirk on Sherman’s face.

This isn’t Sherman’s first run-in with the law.

Back in 2021, he was arrested for burglary domestic violence and a number of other charges following an encounter with the police during which he threatened suicide and had to be taken down by a police dog.

We’ll have to wait and see if this latest arrest affects his current job with Amazon Prime.
