Fans speculated that her eye was the symptom of a secret procedure

KIM Kardashian has sparked concern with her apparently droopy eye while attending the CFDA Awards.

The reality star’s fans worried that her left eye looked odd when she hit the red carpet in New York City on Monday night.

Kim wore a black leather gown with a high neck and backless detailing to the event.

The 43-year-old went for a different hairdo, scraping her dark hair up into a messy bun with her bangs falling over her face.

Her fans speculated on Reddit that she was trying to hide her eye with her bangs.

One wrote: “Is there something wrong with her eye? Looks like they were trying to cover it with her hair in her face. I have seen a lot of recent pictures and her eye seems off.”

Another claimed Kim’s eye was a side effect of Botox injections, writing: “Definitely eyelid ptosis from migrating Botox.

“It’s temporary but yeah that’s what it looks like!!”

A third posted: “It looks seriously droopy. Brutal!”

“It’s wonky alright,” someone else commented.

Kim has faced plenty of plastic surgery rumors over the years and has previously admitted to getting Botox.

During an interview with Allure last summer, Kim was asked if she’d had any work done.

“A little bit of Botox,” she said, pointing to the space between her eyebrows, and added that she has “chilled actually.”

She then insisted she has never had lip or cheek fillers, saying: “No filler. Never filled either one, ever.”

Kim added: “No. I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything.

“I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips.”

Kim also revealed she gets Botox in an episode of the first season of The Kardashians.

The reality star first had the injections when she was 29 years old back in 2010 and swore off the procedure after her skin had a nasty reaction to it.

But on an episode of The Kardashians, Kim said: “Thank God for Botox,” while discussing the stress of studying to be a lawyer.

In a later episode, the Skkn founder joked that she’s had Botox in her neck.
