Which schools is Justin Pippen considering?

Justin Pippen is said to have narrowed his options to five schools: California, Florida, Michigan, Stanford and Texas A&M.

The senior guard spoke to 247Sports on each of these schools. About the Golden Bears, he said:

“Those coaches over there coached my brother [Scotty Pippen Jr.] so I just felt very homey over there and I feel like I could go over there and have an immediate impact.”

The Florida Gators are another school that Justin Pippen has an interest in and he said:

“They recruited me early on and I built a good relationship with the coaches. It’s a big program in the SEC, which is a really good conference.”

Former Florida Atlantic coach Dusty May took over as Michigan coach after Juwan Howard was fired. With all the changes on the team, Pippen could be a part of something new at Michigan. When talking about the school, he said:

“The development. It’s a big school and a lot of pros come out of there and the culture of the coaching staff and the players, everything about it is good. It’s a big college known around the world.”

The Stanford Cardinal are moving to the ACC next season, so it will be interesting to see if this influences Pippen’s final decision. However, regarding the offer, he said:

“It’s an academic school and my mom is always pushing me to be really smart so that took a big spot for me.”

On his Instagram, Pippen made two separate posts of him wearing the uniforms of two schools, Georgia Tech and Texas A&M, asking fans about their thoughts on a potential move to the schools.

To 247Sports, he said of the Aggies:

“Great people, great culture and the city is full of fans. Just a lot of hard workers over there.”

Justin Pippen has shown immense growth in his senior season of high school and fans are curious to see how he will follow in the footsteps of his legendary father.
