HEART-SHAPED faces with chiseled jaws and pointy chins are all the rage in Hollywood, according to a top plastic surgeon.

He claims celebrities have been spending big bucks on certain nips and tucks where recovery is grueling and chewing anything afterward “can hurt like the dickens.”

Kim Kardashian, 43, continues to perplex fans with her face and body transformations.

The mom of four shared photos on Instagram on Thursday showing herself getting a facial.

“Another face lift?” one follower commented.

Kim had also showed off her chiseled jaw in 2023 when she wore a pink dress to a Los Angeles gala.

“It used to be much softer and more rounded,” one Reddit fan commented at the time.

“It’s such a shame she felt the need to get that work done,” they added.

Plastic Surgeon Dr. Richard Westreich claimed Kim’s face, specifically her jaw, was becoming “highly structured.”

The Hulu star has slammed speculation over any surgery.

In 2022, she told Allure that she had only had Botox.

“Kim has augmented the angle of her jaw, and you could cut a diamond with that angle,” Westreich told The U.S. Sun.

“While other stars aim for a heart-shaped face, Kim wanted a fierce, structured look, possibly like Angelina Jolie’s.

“It would be hard to make her jaw that square without an implant parallel to the ear lobe section.

“Kim might have had the gonial implant, which must be placed inside the mouth under the muscle layer.

If Kim has had a jaw implant, the recovery would have been painful for her.

“Recovery takes two weeks when she would have to be careful with the incisions inside the mouth.

“If those break down, the implants can get exposed.

“If Kim has had a jaw implant, the recovery would have been painful for her.

“Every time she would chew, it would have hurt like the dickens.”

MIMIC ME

Westreich suggested other stars sought Hollywood’s latest jaw look, just like The Kardashian star.

“Jawline surgery has become very popular,” he said.

“Celebrities have implants placed at the angle of their jaws, at the back below where the ear attaches, and to square out the jaw.

“Gonial implants are hard to put in, but they give a precise angle along the jaw.

Chin implants are gaining popularity and which mimicks the bone so the chin looks stronger or pointy.

“Chin implants are also gaining popularity, with celebrities mimicking the bone so the chin looks stronger or pointy.

“That is called a mentoplasty or chin surgery.

“A chin implant will cost up to $10,000 while the gonial implants would probably cost up to $15,000.

“There can be issues, which is why someone like Kylie Jenner might have chosen to mimic the effect of this implant by using filler.”

KYLIE’S SHARP

Kylie Jenner, 26, enjoyed a beach getaway and shared images on Instagram on April 7 with her pal Stassi Karanikolaou, 26.

Fans focused on the mom of two’s jawline.

“She forever messed up her chin/jaw,” one commented on social media.

Kylie has a very sharp jawline, which is almost impossible to achieve without some manipulation.

“She had a naturally flat square face with a big jaw to start with,” added another.

Dr. Westreich said Kylie’s “very sharp jawline” would have been “manipulated” using filler.

The Kylie Cosmetics Founder is said to have transformed her face and body over the years.

She has admitted to getting a boob job and lip fillers.

“Kylie has a very sharp jawline, which is almost impossible to achieve without some manipulation,” said Westreich.

“She could have had a jaw or chin implant, but this time, it is most likely a result of filler.

“Kylie’s work is less extreme than that of her sister, Kim.”

ANGELINA’S DRILL DOWN

Angelina Jolie’s forever youthful, chiseled looks garner plenty of attention.

The 49-year-old megastar shrugged off suggestions she had gone under the knife for vanity reasons.

In her Lara Croft days, Angelina shot down surgery rumors about boosting her bust.

“C’mon, I’m not so flat-chested to begin with. When I wear a tight T-shirt, I look a certain way,” she told NY Rock magazine in 2001.

“I haven’t had anything done and I don’t think I will… I don’t plan to do it myself,” she told the Daily Mail in 2010.

Angelina has the most balanced-looking jawline which was the direction Kim would probably have wanted.

Dr. Westreich said Angelina may have had surgery to correct her jawline.

“Angelina Jolie’s jawline is not as fierce as Kim’s, but at some point, it was a little too fierce,” he said.

“This means they took Angelina’s jawline down a couple of notches.

“Angelina has the most balanced-looking jawline of the celebrities.

“This was the direction Kim would probably have wanted.

“When she was younger, her jaw was over-projected.

“Specific procedures may have been performed to reduce this, such as cutting or drilling off the bone.

“Angelina might have had that done when she was younger.

“Her jawline also could have been reduced, maybe when they also performed a rhinoplasty.”

NICOLE’S MODIFICATIONS

Nicole Kidman, 56, continues to be one of Hollywood’s most famous stars.

Her youthful looks, including porcelain skin and signature strawberry-blonde hair, are instantly recognizable.

The mom of four has denied she had surgery, other than admitting to Botox.

“I even tried Botox, but I didn’t like how my face looked afterward,” she said in 2007.

Nicole would have looked for more of a heart-shaped face and a stronger jawline.

Dr. Westreich

“Now I don’t use it anymore and I can move my forehead again,” Nicole added.

Dr. Westreich said Nicole’s face, specifically her jaw, seemed “manipulated as well.”

“Nicole’s face just looks generally pretty manipulated,” he said.

“I would suspect she had a facelift to lift that jawline at some point.

“She had jowling when she was younger, which does not spontaneously disappear.

“Nicole may have also tightened everything like crazy with some massive laser.

“Her chin shape has been modified, as you can see; instead of being square, it now comes to a point.

“You can implant or fill that, so Nicole probably asked for a pointy chin.

“At the beginning, she had a square chin, and now it is pointy.

“Nicole would have looked for more of a heart-shaped face and a stronger jawline.”

RENEE’S SITUATION

Rumors have been rife for years that actress Renee Zellweger, 52, has gone under the knife.

When she took a hiatus from acting and returned in 2014, her changed face sparked debate.

The Briget Jones star responded to suggestions of jawline surgery, cheek implants, and a puffy appearance.

“I’m glad folks think I look different. I’m living a different, happy, more fulfilling life, and I’m thrilled that perhaps it shows,” she told People.

Dr. Westrich said Renee created a “high volume situation” with her jaw and cheeks.

“Renee looked a bit odd at one point when she looked to have gone a little crazy with the fillers,” he said.

Renee has created a higher volume to try again and get to that heart shape.

Dr. Westreich

“She used to have a very round face, but now it is more heart-shaped.

“So she possibly had Botox to her masseter muscles and buccal fat removal.

“To achieve her oval face, Renee would have had filler in the chin and cheeks.

“This is to create a higher volume situation to try again and get to that heart shape.

“A heart-shaped face is considered more feminine, but some women are stunning with more structured features.”

“Here we have this cross-section of universally considered beautiful women,” Westreich added.

“When you consider the vast differences in their looks and facial structures, it is clear that there is not just a single pathway to beauty.

“People find different ways to look, and then stars follow these procedures.

“This pathway might involve considerable work on the lower face structure, chin, and jawline.

“These stars might have chosen the implant route.

“They might also consider other treatments around the jawline, like liposuction.

“There are also many noninvasive fat-reducing options, such as heating or freezing, like CoolSculpt or Morpheus.

“And then there are injections like Kybella to eliminate excess fat.”
