Kylie has another scar on her leg with a gory backstory involving sister Kendall

KYLIE Jenner’s shocked fans have spotted what appears to be a secret surgery scar in a resurfaced photo.

The Kardashians star’s eagle-eyed followers spotted a suspicious indent in a snap of her posing with her friend Johnny Cyrus from August 2022.

In the photo, Kylie posed with her arm around Johnny’s shoulder as they hung out at a party in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old wore a white dress with sleeves and a heavily unbuttoned, plunging neckline.

One critic noticed what appeared to be a small vertical scar next to her boob and shared the image on Reddit.

They wrote: “Being so young and already having all these surgery scars…”

Others speculated that the apparent scar was from a breast lift.

One wrote, “I believe it is from a breast lift,” and another added: “I’ve had an anchor lift/reduction and my scars are the same.”

A third simply posted: “Damn. That’s scary.”

Over the summer, Kylie finally confessed to having a boob job after years of speculation.

“You know I got my breasts done before Stormi,” she told her BFF Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou on an episode of The Kardashians.

Kylie admitted she had the surgery just months before getting pregnant with her daughter “not thinking I would, like, have a child when I was 20.”

She expressed regret over the decision, saying: “I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts. Sat perfectly – just gorgeous.

“Like, perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish obviously I never got them done to begin with.

“I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children.

“Obviously, I have a daughter, too, I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19.”

She has two kids with her ex Travis Scott – daughter Stormi, 6, and son Aire, 1.

Aside from the apparent mark on her cleavage, Kylie also has a huge scar on her thigh from a gory childhood accident.

The reality star revealed she got the wound while playing with her older sister Kendall, 27.

Back in 2011, Kylie told Celebuzz: “When I was about 5 my sister [Kendall] and I were playing hide and seek and I hid inside this really tall, enclosed gate.

“After a while when my sister didn’t find me I had to climb up on this sharp pole sticking out from the gate.

“I slipped and the pole went into my leg.

“I tried pulling away to get the pole out but it just tore through my whole leg. It’s smaller now though because I grew!”
