At long last, Kylie Jenner has finally admitted to getting her breasts done. In the Season 3 finale of The Kardashians, the youngest Kar-Jenner sibling opens up about her regret over getting plastic surgery when she was only 20 years old.

In the episode — titled “What Just Happened?” — Kylie sits down with BFF Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou, where they have a heart-to-heart over everything from the beauty queen’s indecisiveness over her son Aire’s (formerly Wolf) name to altering her physical appearance.

“You know I got my breasts done before Stormi,” Kylie said, referring to her daughter, who was born in 2018. “Within six months of having Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. They were still healing.”

Kylie went on to reflect on her pre-augmentation breasts, which she referred to as “beautiful,” “gorgeous” and “natural.” She added that they were the “perfect size” and the “perfect everything,” before expressing regret over her decision to go under the knife.

“I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with,” she admitted. “I would recommend anyone who is thinking about it to wait until after children.”

The reality star — who is the mother to Stormi, 5, and Aire, 1 — revealed that she would be “heartbroken” if her daughter wanted to change her body at as young of an age as she did.

“Obviously I have a daughter, too,” she said. “I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19. She’s the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom and best example for her. I just — I wish I could be her and do it all differently. Because I wouldn’t touch anything.”

This isn’t the first time this season that Kylie, 25, has opened up about having work done. In Episode 9 — titled “Feel, Heal, Deal” —  she told cameras that she was always the “most confident kid in the room,” despite what the public might think.

“One of the biggest misconceptions about me is I was this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face — which is false,” she said. “I’ve only gotten fillers. And I feel like I don’t want that to be a part of my story. I will always want everyone to just love themselves.”
