A Buffalo Bills fan threw a snowball at Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling during a play in the Divisional Round. That was bad behavior but the worst was yet to come.

The Kansas City Chiefs held on for the road win in what proved to be a wild fourth quarter of the AFC divisional round matchup with the Buffalo Bills and the fan base was pissed.

Following a missed 44-yard field goal attempt by kicker Tyler Bass, the Chiefs were able to run out the clock for a 27-24 victory.

Mahomes took off to begin the celebration towards the stands but salty Bills fans threw snowballs at him.

The Bills had sent out a notice to fans not to throw snowballs but once they realized they were going to lose, it was nothing they could do to stop the onslaught of snowballs.

Suspicious NFL Fans Think They Have Evidence Proving Chiefs-Bills Playoff Game Was “Rigged” (VIDEOS)

Another NFL game. Another bunch of claims that the outcome of said game was fixed.

This time, it’s the AFC Divisional Round battle between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills — which the Chiefs emerged victorious from, 27-24.

There weren’t many controversial calls or egregious no-calls, but that didn’t stop the fans from stirring up their theories that the game was “rigged.” The strangest of the bunch claims that the fake punt by the Bills was clear evidence of something fishy going on — because the NFL likes to “keep games close for ratings.”

Tell that to all the Bills fans, as this was one of the many costly plays that eventually did the Bills in.

Another Twitter user thought that a missed late hit by the Chiefs went uncalled because “the game is rigged man.”

There were also many others claiming this game was rigged, for one reason or another:

Rigged or not, it’s the Chiefs who are going on to the AFC Championship, where they’ll try to win one more game against the Baltimore Ravens in order to get back to the Super Bowl for the second consecutive year.
