Mahomes’ best friend Travis Kelce is also enjoying his offseason with loved ones

PATRICK Mahomes is showing he is just as good at catching as he is at throwing.

This isn’t related to football though, as Brittany Mahomes shared snaps from a family trip showing Mahomes fishing with his kids.

In the pics, Mahomes was showing off a massive catfish which he caught while holding his three-year-old daughter Sterling.

She didn’t look amused with her father or the fish, which had Brittany in stitches on Instagram.

“Ster not a fan of a fish the same size as her,” Brittany captioned the post with a crying laughing emoji.

The Mahomes family have been enjoying the offseason on different trips together after winning his second Super Bowl in a row.

The family was spotted on a tropical vacation earlier in the offseason and appear to be back home now for their fishing fun.

Mahomes’ teammate and best friend Travis Kelce has been all over the world during his offseason.

Kelce is spending most of his time with Taylor Swift, jetting across the Pacific to watch her play in Australia and Singapore.

The couple was spotted on dates in both countries, as well as going on a tropical vacation together.

The Super Bowl-winning duo recently announced plans to open up a steakhouse together in Kansas City in 2025.

The restaurant is called 1587 Prime, named by combining their two jersey numbers.

“Me and Travis been working on it for a while,” Mahomes said.

“We always see these restaurants and we have a love for bringing people together. I think the biggest thing for us is we’re gonna do whatever we can to keep bringing people together and what better place than Kansas City?”

“Hopefully we can win some games at Arrowhead Stadium and then we get to go over and have a few drinks and food with it.”

The menu will provide dishes like the Andy Reid cheeseburger, but Mahomes might be able to add fish to the list if he keeps catching monsters.
