Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid shared a heartwarming exchange following the team’s AF Championship win on Sunday.

Reid’s Chiefs punched their ticket to the Super Bowl for a second-straight year by upsetting the top-seeded Baltimore Ravens with a 17-10 win in the conference title game.

As the reigning Super Bowl champions celebrated in the aftermath of a magnificent victory on the M&T Bank Stadium field, Swift shared a PDA-packed celebration of her own with boyfriend Travis Kelce. But that didn’t stop her from seeking out the Chiefs head coach.

With an arm draped around Kelce’s dad, Ed, she spotted Reid on the podium and the two shared a sweet moment.

As soon as they spotted each other, Swift and Reid picked the other out of the crowd and pointed at them.

Reid’s wife, Tammy, stood next to her victorious husband and sported a hilariously shocked expression on her face at seeing the popstar on the field.

The gesture was caught on camera with the photo swiftly going viral on social media.

One fan posted on X, formerly known as Twitter: ‘Taylor Swift and Andy Reid pointing at each other is precious…’

‘The Travis Kelce thing is just a distraction from the movie I’m personally here for: an Andy Reid-Taylor Swift buddy movie,’ another added,

‘Andy Reid and Taylor Swift are working together,’ one social media user wrote, while another shocked fan chimed in, ‘ANDY REID AND TAYLOR SWIFT ARE FRIENDS?!?!?’

Reid has previously commented on the singer’s romance with his star tight end, even joking that he set them up.

Appearing on OutKick’s The Five Spot with Donovan McNabb in October, Reid, who previously coached Philadelphia, revealed his relationship with Swift and her family goes way back.

He told McNabb: ‘You know what? Like you, I knew her from Philadelphia. You know, her dad is a big NFL fan, so I had met her when she was really young and her dad. So you know, I joked about setting Kelce up, but you know, I’m just saying, you know.’

McNabb, a former Eagles quarterback, commented on Swift’s excitement when she has been spotted cheering on her new beau and his team alongside Kelce’s mom, Donna.

And Reid supported Swift’s passion as he added: ‘She’s a good girl and she’s into it. And that’s we’re glad she’s here.’

Reid coached Philadelphia from 1999–2012, drafting Kelce’s older brother, center Jason, in the 2011 draft.

Meanwhile, Swift, and her family, are well known to be Eagles fans with the 12-time Grammy Award winner growing up in Pennsylvania before moving to Nashville, Tennessee aged 14.

The Love Story hitmaker even references the team in her song Gold Rush, singing, ‘Eagles t-shirt hanging from the door’.

However, Swift left her Eagles loyalty behind this season, attending several Chiefs games to support Kelce.

Saturday Night Live even spoofed the blossoming friendship between Reid and Swift during last week’s episode ahead of championship Sunday.

In Saturday’s opening segment, the comedy showcase made hilarious impersonations of Tony Romo, Jim Nantz and the NFL on CBS crew as they made predictions for the conference championships on Sunday.

The highlight, however, came when Molly Kearny played Reid in a segment where Tracy Wolfson asks him if he is upset about the season coming to an end.

‘Why? Because it’s the only time I get to hang out with Taylor Swift and now that’s over?’ Kearny shakily says in character. ‘I’m sorry, I need to go.’

The 12-time Grammy-Award winner and Reid will now take their friendship to Las Vegas when the Chiefs face the San Francisco 49ers on February 11 for more Super Bowl glory.
