During the Minnesota Timberwolves’ home game against the Sacramento Kings, star Anthony Edwards left during halftime. There was no reason given by the team for his exit but many speculate it’s due to the birth of his child. He was replaced by guard Nickeil Alexander-Walker. Before his departure, Edwards had scored 11 points in the 19 minutes he was on the field.

Anthony Edwards has been in a relationship with Jeanine Robel. She is an Instagram influencer and proudly shows off her baby bump at public events and on social media.

She previously had a son with Chief Keef, a well-known rapper. According to online sources, Robel and Edwards announced their relationship following a game against the Houston Rockets last season, and it appears that they had been together for a few months.

Anthony Edwards is nine years younger than Robel, who is 29. She is an American, born into a Christian household in the country, who keeps a low profile and doesn’t provide many details about her career.

There have been allegations of infidelity in the relationship but that hasn’t led to any public tensions between them.

ANTHONY EDWARDS-LESS TIMBERWOLVES GO DOWN TO THE SACRAMENTO KINGS

On Friday night, the Sacramento Kings upset the Minnesota Timberwolves 124-120 in overtime thanks to 35 of Malik Monk’s 39 points scored after halftime.

Midway through the overtime stanza, Minnesota had a 120-117 lead when Monk made back-to-back 3-pointers. With 17.5 seconds remaining, the Wolves had a chance to tie the game, but Trey Lyles’ free throw to seal the win was made possible by Naz Reid’s miss on a corner three.

Before fouling out in overtime, Damontas Sabonis of Sacramento finished with 21 points, 15 rebounds, and 8 assists.

Leading scorer De’Aaron Fox missed his second straight game due to a left knee contusion, but Keegan Murray scored 17 points, Davion Mitchell scored 16, and Harrison Barnes scored 14.

The Timberwolves will face the Chicago Bulls on Monday night while the Kings will be against the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday.
