The Tennessee Titans made a huge splash in free agency on Wednesday, signing Calvin Ridley to a four-year, $92 million contract. As part of the deal, $50 million of the contract will be guaranteed.

Nobody even had the Titans on the radar and they jumped in to get the wide receiver that they wanted.

Ridley’s arrival in Nashville doesn’t really change that outlook for the Titans, but at least he got paid what he wanted.

The wideout showed he was living his best life as he recorded himself in a mall with bags in hand.

What a comeback for Ridley.

Ridley had been traded to the Jaguars in 2022 by the Falcons while he was suspended for the entire season after he violated the NFL’s sports betting policy. He was reinstated in 2023 and appeared in all 17 games for the Jags, making 76 catches for 1,016 receiving yards.

He admitted to bets totaling $1,500 but said he doesn’t have a gambling problem.

Ridley initially stated that he wanted to return to the Jaguars in 2024 because of the relationships he built and the prospect of not having to learn another offensive system, but as we all know, money talks.
